Audit log

Every change made from the admin or through the API is written to Admin → Audit log: who did it, when, from which IP, and what changed. The automatic checks are not logged there — nobody made them, and they would bury the human actions that matter. Filter by person or by what was touched, and Download CSV exports exactly what the filter shows (with a UTF-8 marker so Excel reads accented names correctly).

It is a record, not a backup: nothing here is edited or deleted from the interface, and lines are pruned once they pass the retention window set under Settings → General. Anyone who can sign in can read it, so treat it as the list of your components, integrations and colleagues' addresses that it is.
